Samantha holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Behavioural Science from Griffith University. She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Technology Sydney.
Admitted to practice as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2007 and admitted to the High Court of Australia.
Samantha has over 15 years of experience in all areas of family law and wills & estates. Her experience in family law includes complex property and parenting matters, divorce, child support, spousal maintenance and Binding Financial Agreements.
Samantha is an active committee member for the Logan and Scenic Rim Law Association.
